Detailed itinerary
Day 1 :Pick up and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
A guide will meet you at your location on day 1 of the safari and he will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth national park with a stopover for lunch. You will proceed with the journey after lunch and when you arrive, you will check into a lodge, have dinner and retire to bed.

Day 2 : Game drive and boat cruise
You will have breakfast and a guide will transfer you to the park offices for briefing. You will head to the Ishasha sector in the southern part of the park for a game drive and you will spot a number of wildlife like the buffaloes elephants and many more including the tree climbing lions that are sheltered in the Ishasha sector. After the game drive, you will head to the lodge for lunch.
After relaxing, you will go for briefing and then set off with the guide fir a boat cruise at kazinga channel that connects lake Edward and lake George. The boat cruise will be conducted for approximately 2 hours and you will have encounters with a number of wildlife. You will after this amazing experience head to the lodge and rest till dinner time. After dinner, you will retire to bed.
Day 3 : Lion tracking and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
You will have an early morning breakfast at the lodge and a guide will meet you at the lodge and transfer you to the park headquarters for briefing and you will be given a ranger to escort as you head for lion tracking at kasenyi plains in the northern part of Queen Elizabeth national park. You will be able to see the lions and other animals like the buffaloes, waterbucks, Uganda kob and many more. This activity will take approximately 1 to 3 hours. You will then be taken back by the guide to the lodge and you have lunch.
After lunch, you will embark on the journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park where you will have dinner and an overnight stay

Day 4 : Gorilla trekking
On day 4, you will have breakfast and head to the headquarters for briefing about a gorilla trek. You will set off with the guide with your packed lunch and this activity will take you about 1 to 8 hours depending on the location of the gorillas. You will spend 1 hour with the gorillas and then you will retire to the lodge after this experience. You will later in the evening have dinner and head to bed for your night rest
Day 5 : Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
You will have breakfast at Bwindi impenetrable national, you will then check out of the lodge and a guide will meet you and start off with the journey to Volcanoes National Park. You will pass via Cyanika border to get to Volcanoes National Park and this journey will take you about 3 hours. You will check into a hotel once you arrive at volcanoes national park and you will be given lunch.
After the lunch meal, you will have some rest as you visit for dinner time. In the evening, you will have dinner and retire to bed.

Day 6 : Golden monkey trekking and hike to Dian Fossey Tomb
You will have breakfast in the morning and get transferred to the park headquarters for briefing. You will then head to the forest fir golden monkey trek. You will have one hour with the golden monkeys and you will take photos of them and share memories. You will after an hour be transferred to the lodge by the guide and you have lunch. After lunch, you will head back to the park headquarters.
You will go through a briefing session at the park headquarters and you will set off with the guide to Dian Fossey Tomb. At this place, you will see the tomb of the American primatologist Dian Fossey and other graves if the gorillas that were laid close to her. You will then be given information about the gorillas and also other details about this park. A guide will then take you back to the lodge and have dinner. Later you retire to bed
Day 7 : Hike to Mount bisoke and transfer to Akagera National Park
At volcanoes national park, you will have breakfast at the lodge and then head for a hike to Mount Bisoke with the guide after receiving briefing from the park wardens. You will trek to the summit for about 4 hours depending on your level of fitness and then you will descend back from the summit to the starting point and this this takes about 2 hours. You will see various attractions at the summit of Mount bisoke that is to say the wildlife species and the neighboring mountains. You will then head to the lodge, have lunch, check out and then get transferred to Akagera National Park.

Day 8 : Game drive and boat cruise at lake Ihema
Very early in the morning, you will have breakfast and you head for briefing at the park headquarters. You will after the briefing head for a game drive with a ranger guide and while on the drive you will see a number of animals leaving their habitats in the morning to hunt for what to eat. You will also get the opportunity to see all the big five animals that reside at this national park. While on the drive, you will also spot other attractions in the park. After the drive, you will head to the lodge and you have lunch.
At 3pm after relaxing and being briefed at the park headquarters, you will head fir a boat ride at lake Ihema and will spot the aquatic animals and birds that reside at lake Ihema and the animals that come along the lake to drink water. Some of the animals that you will spot include the hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants and many more. You will then retire to the lodge and have some rest. You will later have dinner and retire to bed.
Day 9 : Transfer to lake kivu for a coffee tour
In the morning, you will have breakfast at Akagera National Park and a guide will then transfer you from the lodge after checking out and you will embark on the journey to lake kivu. You will have a stop over for lunch and you will then continue with the journey. Once you arrive, you will be briefed and then you set of for a coffee tour with the guide from Gisenyi to Nyamirundi Island where the coffee tour will be conducted. The locals at Nyamirundi Island will teach you the coffee making process like coffee roasting and many more you will then head with the guide to a hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 10 : Boat cruise and transfer to Kigali airport
You have breakfast early in the morning at the hotel and you will head for a boat cruise at lake kivu. You will see the various ecosystems at this lake and the neighboring island while you are with the guide who will accompany you and give you details of each and everything at this lake. You will then head to the hotel with the guide after the boat cruise at then you have lunch. After lunch, you will check out of the lodge and you head to Kigali airport fir your flight
