Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to proceed to the Masai Mara
On the 1st day of the safari, your driver-guide will pick you up in the morning in Nairobi. You will have a briefing before departing for the Masai Mara National Reserve via the Great Rift Valley, taking photos at the viewpoints. Arrive and check in to your lodge or camp with lunch.
In the late afternoon, you will have your first game drive in the Masai Mara, where you will see elephants, lions, giraffes, and zebras, among other animals. It is back to your lodge in the evening to have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Game drive in Masai Mara
On day 2, you will be served breakfast and go on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. You will be able to travel the open plains and riverbanks in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. In the migration season (July to October), you can see the exciting wildebeest river crossings. At the end of a fulfilling day out in the wild, you can retire to your lodge or camp to relax, have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park via Isebania
On the 3rd day, you will have breakfast early and check out of the lodge. The drive to the Isebania border goes through, and immigration clears, and then one changes vehicles to proceed with a Tanzanian guide. Go to the Serengeti National Park, where you will have a late game drive. You will also see some wildlife on your way to your lodge, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Full day game drive in Serengeti
On the 4th day, after breakfast, you will go on a full-day game drive in the Serengeti plains. It is home to a large number of animals like lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and seasonal herds of wildebeest and zebras. Take your picnic lunch into the wilderness, then proceed with the game drive. Drive back to your lodge in the evening and have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 5: Morning game drive and transfer to Arusha/Nairobi
On the 5th day, you will have an early morning game drive in Serengeti to experience the wildlife activity at dawn. Have breakfast and check out of the lodge, and proceed to Arusha. Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you can go to Nairobi or to other destinations like Zanzibar. This brings to an end your safari.
