This is a safari of 8 days in Tanzania that gives you a wonderful camping experience with views of wildlife in different national parks in Tanzania. The 8 days Tanzania Northern circuit camping safari will start and end at Kilimanjaro Airport. You will visit Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park on a Tanzania safari, where you will conduct several game drives to explore the wildlife and other attractions in these places. You will be able to see the wildebeest migration if you visit these places during the migration. You will also spot the big five animals that are found in Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Detailed Itinerary For The 8 Days Tanzania Northern Circuit Camping Safari
Day 1: Pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to Arusha
Our company representative will pick you up from Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer you to a hotel in Arusha, where you will have your lunch and dinner and an overnight stay.
Meal plan: lunch and dinner
Day 2: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You will have breakfast at the hotel in Arusha, and then the guide will transfer you to Tarangire National Park, and you will check into a lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will have an afternoon game drive exposing you to the large herds of elephants, buffalo, gazelles, zebras and many more. You will retire at 6 pm, and you will head back to the lodge for dinner and your night’s rest.

Day 3: Full day game drive
After having breakfast, you will have a full day game drive after the briefing. You will conduct a game drive in the morning with possible views of animals rising from their habitats. You will also spot a variety of birds, and then you have a picnic lunch.
You will conduct another drive in the afternoon at the cooler hours when the wildlife species can be spotted roaming in the park. The guide will return you to the camp for dinner and your night’s stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
After a morning breakfast, the guide will meet you at the accommodation where you spent the night, and you will check out. You will be transferred to Serengeti National Park. You will have lunch and then go for an afternoon game drive.
If it is the season of the great migration, you are most likely to spot wildebeests and other animals like zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, elephants and many more. You will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Full day game drive
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast, and then the guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will then begin the full day game drive that will reward you with views of the big five animals, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, gazelles and many more.
You will also spot several bird species, and the full-day game drive will include a break for lunch. On the evening after exploring the Serengeti National Park’s ecosystems, you will head back to the camp for dinner and your night’s rest.

Day 6: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and an afternoon game drive
You will have breakfast in the morning, and then you will check out. The guide will pick you up and transfer you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will check into a lodge upon arrival, and you will relax. You will have lunch, and then you will go for an afternoon game drive.
You will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will conduct the game drive. The game drive will take about 3 to 4 hours. You will be able to spot the big five animals, namely the lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and also the wildebeests, gazelles and many more. You will be taken back to the camp for dinner. You will then retire to bed.

Day 7: Transfer to Lake Manyara
After having an early morning breakfast, you will leave the camp, and the guide will transfer you to Lake Manyara National Park. You will arrive and relax. You will then be served lunch. After lunch, you will have a game drive in the afternoon that will enable you to spot the tree-climbing lions, buffaloes, elephants, gazelles, bushbucks and birds like the flamingos, among others. You will then be taken back to the camp for dinner and your night’s rest

Day 8: Transfer back to Arusha
Breakfast will be served to you in the morning, and then you will check out of the lodge. The guide will transfer you back to Arusha and take you to a hotel or take you to Kilimanjaro Airport.
