4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Safari

4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Safari

Safari Overview

4 Days Uganda gorilla habituation and trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park starts in Entebbe/Kampala, Uganda. Gorilla Habituation Experience on a Uganda safari takes you for an amazing 4 hour encounter with mountain gorillas. Over the years, an encounter with mountain gorillas has become one of the most popular wildlife attractions while on an African safari. Tourists from all corners of the world travel to Africa every year with the sole purpose of seeing mountain gorillas. These giant primates can only be found in East and Central Africa.

On the other hand, gorilla trekking gives a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the amazing mountain gorillas for an hour, compared to gorilla habituation, which takes 4 hours. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to gorilla trekking in Uganda. Outside of their natural habitat, mountain gorillas cannot thrive, and therefore cannot be kept in zoos. They only inhabit Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), two remote rainforest jungles in eastern and central Africa. The last few enormous apes are fiercely guarded by these nations like a king’s fortress from the Middle Ages.
