Tour description

You will start the 1 day Kigali city tour with an early airport pickup by our company representative, who will first greet you and tell you about the tour. You will then leave the airport and head to the Kigali Genocide Memorial. You will meet with the guides at the memorial ground who will take you through what transpired during the 1994 Rwanda genocide. You will see the remains of those who took part in the 1994 Rwanda genocide, and then you will leave the place after knowing its significance.

The guide will transfer you to the Rwanda Art Museum, where you will get the opportunity to set eyes on the wonderfully designed art pieces and sculptures at the Rwanda Art Museum. These art pieces bring out details about the history, culture and traditions of Rwanda. You will then head to a hotel in Kigali for lunch.

After the lunch meal, you will head to Kimironko Market for a tour. You will meet with the locals who conduct business in this market. You will see a number of commodities sold at this place, and therefore, you will purchase some of your choice. You will see items like clothes, handbags, jewellery, art pieces, fresh fruits and many more. The guide will drive you back to Kigali Airport or take you to a hotel of your choice in Kigali.
