Detailed itinerary
Day 1 : Pick up from Entebbe airport and transfer to Kidepo valley national park
On the first day of the 3 days Kidepo valley national park Uganda safari, you will meet with the guide from Chopper tour and travel at Entebbe airport and after careful interaction, you will then set off to your next destination. You will embark on your journey to Kidepo national Park, which will take you several hours, approximately 10 hours. You will have a stopover for lunch and relax a bit in Gulu town.
After relaxing and having lunch, you will proceed with the journey to Kidepo valley national park and when you get there, you will make a choice of the lodge to stay in and after settling in, you will then head for dinner and after retire to bed

Day 2 : Morning game drive and a cultural tour
On day 2, you will have an early morning breakfast and then a guide will transfer you from the lodge to the headquarters for briefing and then the you will head with the guide for the game drive. In this game drive, you will be granted the opportunity to sight several animals and birds in this park, including the vegetation around it. You will spot various animals, like buffaloes, which are mostly seen in herds, elephants, bushbucks, warthogs, antelopes, and many more. In the morning hours, the animals are so active and therefore they can easily be spotted. After the game drive, you will be taken back to the lodge and you will rest.
Later in the day, you will have lunch and then head to the Lorukul community for a cultural tour, where you will encounter the locals who reside there. The locals will give you details about their culture and traditions. They will teach you about their ancient life and also teach you how to prepare their local dishes. They will also show you their hand made items like necklaces, bangles, anklets, earrings and many more, which you can buy from them. After the Uganda cultural tour, the guide will take you back to the lodge after a traditional dance.
The lodge will serve your dinner, after which you can retire to bed.

Day 3 : Early morning game drive and transfer to a hotel in Kampala
On the 3rd day of the 3 days Kidepo valley national park Uganda safari, you will have your breakfast in the morning as early as possible and then a guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for briefing and then you will head for an early morning game drive. On this drive, you will get the opportunity to see the animals that you were unable to see during the first game drive. You will also monitor the beautiful landscapes around this park as you spot various animals and birds. After this, you will return to the lodge, check out, and be taken to a hotel in Kampala for a night before your flight.
