During the journey, you will be mesmerised by the stunning scenery of rolling hills, farms and much more that will make your journey interesting.

A stopover at the equator in Kayabwe offers you those beautiful photos worth keeping while standing between the North and South poles of the equator. After the equator, have another stop at the Igongo Cultural Centre to learn more about our unique culture, grab some souvenirs, have an en route lunch and proceed on your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon park arrival, freshen up and embark on an evening game drive in the Kasenyi plain to spot elephants, lions, antelopes and many more, then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from the lodge by your safari driver for an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. A morning game drive enables you to spot the early risers as they graze off the early morning vegetation; the hunters are also active in search of their daily meal, and the nocturnal animals are returning to their hideouts, where they usually spend a fall day and come outside at night.

After the early morning game drive, return to your hotel, have a relaxed lunch and embark on an afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise to watch a high concentration of hippos and lots of bird species. After the boat cruise, you may choose to have an evening game drive or return to the lodge and have your evening at leisure.

After the briefing, you will then be led into the forest to start the walk via different trails as you search for the habituated chimpanzees that usually roam the forest in search of food. After finding the chimpanzees, you have only one hour in their habitat, taking photos and watching them play.
